Personal Assistance and Concierge Services (Settling in Services)
Non Member:
Hourly Rate: CHF80 (Deposit of 5hrs requested on sign up)
Angel Frequent Flyer Member: CHF300 (annual fee which gives you access to all our member offers – Deposit of 5hrs requested on sign up)
Hourly Rate: CHF60 (25% reduction on normal hourly rate)
Included in Membership:
- Hourly rate of CHF60.-
- Support – unlimited emails and telephone calls (emergency calls)
- Access to partner offers
Services (non-exhaustive list):
- Translate any official communication.
- Support you with administrative tasks such as dealing with local authorities.
- Find appropriate medical care providers
- Accompany you or your family members to important appointments to help translate
- Find a private fitness instructor, get you a gym memberships or a lifestyle coach.
- Car rental, car leasing, identify a car mechanic who services your car, changes your tyres or gives it a good clean.
- Help find a cleaning lady, landscaper, plumber or any other service provider for you.
- Advise you on insurance policies and providers.
- Give you a hand with school runs.
- Organise a babysitter or childcare.
- Find and book holiday camps for your children.
- Arrange for your mail to be picked up and sent wherever it needs to go.
- Take care of your dry cleaning.
- Pick up medication from the pharmacy.
- Order and personally deliver flowers.
- Pick up something at the store for you.

*3rd party expenses such as documentation, cleaning or other odd jobs are not covered in the hourly rate.
** There is an automatic one-hour call out charge then billing is in increments of 15mins.
***All admin will be billed in increments of 15mins.
**** 3rd party Invoices settled on your behalf will carry a 5% surcharge.
